Rosalind Kainyah one of 50 Women to Watch in 2019

The Kina Advisory team is delighted to announce that our Managing Director, Rosalind Kainyah, has been named as one of the top 50 Leading Females professionals of Black, Asian and other Minority Ethnic (BAME) women by Cranfield University.  The 50 inspiring women come from backgrounds historically under-represented in the senior leadership pipeline.

The objective of this year’s edition was to showcase to Chairs and Executive Search consultants the talent and senior level experience women with diverse ethnic heritage offer and to prompt wider attention on the composition of boardrooms, so companies go ‘beyond the numbers’ to push diversity in every sense.

Rosalind says she is thrilled to have been included among such talented and inspirational women.  The recognition is one she shares with all those who have supported her throughout her career and particularly over the last few years in setting up and running Kina Advisory.  It also reminds her of the responsibility she has to mentor, support and encourage young women – especially those of African heritage.

Cranfield University’s School of Management Dr Doyin Atewologun gives an update on the 50 Women to Watch supplement.
